Why is the task line in the Schedule Center yellow?

Access the Schedule menu > search Patient > Schedule Center > hover over the yellow warning to view if your scheduled discipline visits match your completed assessment discipline frequencies or if a Supervisory or Reassessment/Reevaluation visit is needed in your patient's Schedule Center.

How many HHA, PT/PTA, and OT/OTA visits until a Supervision is required?

How to Print/Download the Patient Chart?

Access Schedule menu > Search Patient > Schedule Center > Actions drop-down menu that enables users to download the patient's chart. This feature is role-based and a request to add to your database is required. To serve you better, we encourage our organizations submit inquiries through the Support Ticketing Center to allow our dedicated teams the opportunity to review and resolve immediately.

How to add a Surveyor and what permissions to choose?

Access Patients > patient charts > choose the patient > edit patient > demographics > State Surveyor/Auditor Access > drop down - choose your surveyor > save and exit.

How to create Templates for Physician Orders?

A template drop-down menu is available in a physician order; select the “Other" option inside the order. This will allow the use of a template from your template database. However, when using “Other” in an order, it does give a warning: "Please note that any orders entered in this section will not automatically flow to the plan of care and may impact your survey." The system does not allow to copy a previous order or to create a templated order to reuse.

How to update a Hospice Aide Care Plan that is completed?

In Axxess Hospice, if the Hospice Aide Care Plan needs to be updated, you will need to schedule another Hospice Aide Care Plan > select the load the previous Hospice Aide Care Plan > make the necessary changes > review the Effective Date of the new Hospice Aide Care Plan.

How to change the terminal diagnosis to another diagnosis?

In Axxess Hospice, create a Physician Oder to add/change a diagnosis code in the patient chart.

How to sign the medication profile?

Access Clients menu > Client Center > search Client > select Quick Reports > Medication Profile > Sign Medication Profile.

How do I see visits that are assigned to me by an agency?

In Axxess Care, log in to the mobile app with your Axxess SSO (Single Sign On) credentials. If you do not have an active Axxess Care login, you will not be able to use the Axxess Care mobile app.
