Hello @Tracy . Thank you for your outreach via the User Community. While we welcome client to client collaboration in our user community, our User Community is a forum designed to discuss care at home, from a broad look at industry trends and updates to specific questions about Axxess’ suite of solutions.
If you have a time-sensitive need or urgent question, please log your concern in the Support Ticketing Center. All support tickets will be updated as information becomes available or if we should require additional to resolve your inquiry. Thank you, Stephanie
Hello @Tracy
There simply isn't one. Not one that I have found defined in their TOS. There also isn't a defined expected uptime in their TOS. I have read it through many times now and any references to outages or "system unavailability" is intentionally vague.
I have stressed the need for a cloud-based business to have these subjects outlined but have been dismissed.
@Tracy did you also notice the "feel" of that response from the Axxess staff member had a sense of "This is not the place to talk about Axxess software issues or company policies"? When I read the response it had left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
There was a time I had faith in Axxess and that they would do the right thing. Unfortunately, that time has gone and passed.
Look over all of my posts. I have made many contributions to this community page.
Just as companies they should always be flexible to adapt to change with the future. I don't see that hopefully future for Axxess. You never know though, they could adapt and change tomorrow.
I wish you the best luck,
Just another Axxess User

I am glad it is not just me. I have so many major concerns with Axxess. Not to say that I hate everything about the software. It has it good points and no system is perfect. They need to put together a client committee to review some of these major issues such as backup plan, audit trail, user permissions, reporting problems to clients, reporting release updates, etc.
