Yes In know and the call waiting message has an approximate 2 seconds delay from the time it ends to when it restarts. That was a the basics of what I did learn. It keeps directing me to the help boards but the help boards are what told me to call yall... Again a Grey hound at the track chasing a rabbit.

I can see a map of my day to day visits which is great.
I want to see a map of my entire patient population that are currently active in our system. This will allow for scheduling areas for visits, emergency action plans, etc...
