ANYBODY ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH SCHEDULE DEVIATION REPORT?..WHEN YOU TRY AND CHANGE DATE AND HIT GENERATE REPORT IT KEEPS SAYING (PLEASE COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED FIELDS)..NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS BEFORE.

Turned in a ticket for this last week and still no response.

there was problem with one of the other schedule reports and has been fixed. try your report again.

Hello @Ricky ,

Thank you for using the Axxess User Community.  Our team is working on the Schedule Deviation Report.  As an additional workflow to find the same information, you can navigate to the report center to Schedule Reports and select Schedule Deviation.

if axxess would only stay with one date as the service date in stead of having a 'schedule' date & an actual date, agencies wouldnt have to worry about those dates.  axxess needs to switch to a single date service date like many other patient care applications do.
