We have issues now. Axxess has been giving so many issues lately. The funtionalities that were working before are not working now. We are so frustrated.

I already submitted a ticket on the issue. Log out of the mobile app on a device then try to log back in.
Whatever has changed in the Axxess system, now allows the mobile app to work again.
Multiple different Android and iOS devices had reported this issue today.
It works now, so everyone can act like nothing was ever wrong.
