Is anyone else having problems with the system when documenting in Home Health? We are having issues with the system not saving information that is input such as diagnosis, updated addresses, services needed, etc. This started yesterday and is continuing today. My software did do an update this morning but it continues. We have entered a help desk ticket but wanted to get some feedback from others. Thanks!

Yes, you have to go to Secondary Insurance and click on Add New Insurance and then close that window, then go to Tertiary Insurance and click on Add New Insurance and close out that window and hit save and exit. It was supposedly fixed, but I noticed it was back again. Can't submit a ticket because everything is all messed up again.

Thank you for being a valued client of Axxess! I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing regarding the solution not saving what you are inputting. It is related to the update to the Home Health Solution and Permissions--for example with your issue to input a diagnosis this is now a permission based feature. Go to User Profile-Clinical Permissions-enable Manage Diagnoses and this will allow users to update diagnoses in the patient chart along with assessments. Even if you were able to enter diagnoses before the release, you will need to go in and 'enable' this for yourself.

Yes. We have been having this issue all day. All permissions have been checked and we are still not able to update diagnosis or physician info.
We are having same issues. Not saving any info in Dx or patient contacts. Disheartening after you spend valuable time entering info. No easy fix and no response from Axxess!!!!!
We continue to have the same issues. We cannot change/correct an address because it will not save after entering. We also are having problems with saving the diagnosis codes even after updating the users as instructed above to enable the clinical permission to manage diagnosis. Will there be a solution to the newest update issues soon? This is creating issues with the patient flows. Thanks!
I have been doing what I wrote at the beginning of this thread. It takes a bit of time, but it works. I do hope it's fixed soon. Each new update messes up this whole software! It's very aggravating.
