Is anyone else experiencing issues with Axxess Home Health lately? I have several issues and I would like to know if it is our agency or in general. We have lost documents, slow process between windows (more than normal), can not generate tickets (take me to welcome page), unable archive insurance that I do not use, payroll issues (serious-it does not generate all the visits that the clinicians are doing), ETC

We were having many issues around the same time. I made a ticket on the issue. Now the issues we were experiencing are gone and I was told that no one else was having issues.
Rest assured, there are others of us out here that have these issues too. Axxess wants a ticket as soon as it happens and all the details of it. It's the only way to truly hold them accountable.

i think monday or friday is when it started. i called support. they said they are having many problems and took my telephone number & said someone would call me once its fixed. many of our home health screens wouldnt load at the time. it hasnt happened anymore but axxess never called me.
