Hello @Christian . Thank you for reaching out to us in the User Community. Each physician is required to have their individual email. Similar to your log in to Axxess, an activation link will be sent to the physician's email to create a log in password. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks Stephanie, for your speedy response! You're always a great resource. Follow-up question, is there a way to set up a second 'notification' or 'alert' to an office manager? For example, a practice we work with has multiple providers. But the fear is that the providers are busy throughout the day and won't always check their inbox when new orders are requested.
Can Physician's Portal 'ALERT' or 'NOTIFY' two different e-mails or send a text to a cell phone when new orders are pending?
