Is anybody else having problems with DDE black screen. Every time I log in it tells me I already have a session open on this terminal. I have disconnected, logged out and rebooted my computer. This has been going on for days. If I am lucky I will get logged in once a day.

@Annlyn Purdon WHAT IT DOES IS AXXESS' DDE USES YOUR DDE ID DURING MORNING TO DO SOME SORT OF BACKGROUND PROCESSES (THEY COULD TELL YOU MORE SPECIFIC) HENCE WHEN YOU TRY TO LOG IN, YOUR LLOGIN ID IS ALREADY BEING USED BY AXXESS FOR SOME AUTOMATED PROCESSES. YOU COULD TRY LOGGING IN UNTIL THE AFTERNOON

@Annlyn Purdon what axxess support has said in the past is for the user to sign up for an addtl dde user id so that one user id is used by axxessdde and the other you wont have to worry about it showing as being "in use"
I just signed up the new biller so hopefully it will work while they use my ID
