Our Agency has noticed that our Visits have NOT been uploading into Sandata since 11/9/2022. The visits have been getting caught in the EVV Exception Center, saying it was rejected because of our credentials. However, our credentials have not changed...
We will not be able to bill any claims that have missing visits in Sandata. Claims that are submitted without the visits being uploaded into Sandata will be denied.
Has anyone else had this issue?

We have 2 tickets submitted to Axxess & 2 tickets submitted to Sandata. We have not received any updates from Axxess regarding any findings or a resolution. We have 1000+ hours that cannot be billed this week.
