Im having this same issue. It won't allow me to submit a ticket either. Any response for you yet?

@Stephanie it seems with the update y'all did this month, it sort of 'fixed' a function in the superusers. before the update, it would somehow without designating a checkbox on the user, some of the users were highlighted in orange in the list. then once the update happened, the orange highlight was gone and those users that had ability to link out to support were no longer able to. unfortunately, it only allows for 2 users.
We have been having the same issues since yesterday! We have submitted a help desk ticket and it has not been addressed yet. This is interfering with the workflow and is very frustrating. There are other issues also with saving when documenting the information entered is not being saved completely for the clincians. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. I think there is an issue related to an update that was pushed out yesterday or today. Axxess please resolve asap
