Having issues with scheduling my patients. It keeps giving me an error stating frequency and duration is off and I need an additional order to schedule. Any ideas why this is happening?

Good afternoon Marisol,

It is most likely due to the visits going over the frequency that was stated in the Start of Care or Recertification. If you are needing to schedule additional visits then you will need an order. Also you need to follow the process for Order Driven Scheduling if the feature is turned on.
