Hello @Christina . Is your payer set up as episodic? If so, the Home Health solution will auto-generate one for you when admitting your patient. Please provide the steps you are taking in the Billing Center. Thank you, Stephanie
I get all the way and need to open and verify my claim and the open claim link is black not blue so I can open it and verify
Please review your payer's setup if not using Traditional Medicare. As of January 2021, CMS no longer requires the completion of your OASIS and first billable visit to submit your NOAs. Stephanie
