How do I regenerate a claim in the billing center to pull corrected billing?

Hello @Shawna . Thank you for reaching out to us in the user community.  If you did not delete the original claim, during the verification process, there is a "Reload All" button at the top of the page to reload any patient information updated in the patient chart.

If you did delete the original claim:

  1. Patient's Schedule Center
  2. Select Actions button
  3. Select Manage Episode (this feature is permission-based)
  4. Ensure all patient data is correct
  5. SAVE
  6. This process will create a new claim in the Billing Center.
