I had submitted a ticket with URGENT preceding the title about the issue of submitting COVID-19 screenings from iOS devices yesterday with no mention of expected resolve.

About an hour later an agent from Axxess called our agency and asked for iOS version, iOS device model and Axxess version.  I gave them all the information I had available.

I'm just wanting to reach out and ask how many others are experiencing this issue?

Our agency started to receive calls about select users not able to complete the questions on the COVID-19 screening on Friday (12/10/2021).  I documented these down and then on Monday more users had called with the same issue.  I then noticed that all of the users with this issue were using iOS devices. So i submitted a ticket on the issue.
