when I go to add new insurance and payor , I'm not sure what are the right numbers or specific id for insurance. Is there a review or step by step instructions
Thank you for your response. Each payer has its own specifications and requirements for billing claims. We recommend referring to your payer contract, a PAID claim, or reaching out directly to your payer. They will have ALL the information needed for the selection of each field of the 4-step process. Additionally, each field provides a tool tip (?) with the specific information needed for that selection. Stephanie
