I am inputting new client into system and scheduling task, but tasks are marked with red triangle and Invalid/missing subscriber/insurance, how do I fix the problem?

Hello @Christina .  Thank you for reaching out to us in the User Community.  Has discipline frequency been documented in your patient's assessment > Summary of Care tab?

For your second question, you can select Edit Patient from the Patient Chart > select the Payer tab and enter the patient's Primary Insurance and subscriber/member ID for their insurance.
