Currently there is not a report that will split MRNs based on odd or even numbers but you do have a few options available to you to get to your goal.
Option 1: Run a Patient Roster Report and export to Excel. Reports > Reports Center > Patient Reports > Patient Roster > Make Filter Selections > Export to Excel. Once in Excel you can filter the data using Excel functions.
Option 2: Edit each Patient's Chart and add a TAG to reflect the designation you are seeking (i.e. Biller A, Biller B or Biller 1, Biller 2). Once a TAG has been added to a Patient's chart, then you can run a report that will pull only those patients with that TAG. To add a TAG to the Patient go to Patients > Patient Charts > Select Patient > Edit Patient > Add TAG in Tags section of Demographics tab.

I really like the idea of using the Tag parameter to identify the records, then later sorting by the identifying tag to get the end result! That is a well thought approach.
