Axxess is pleased to announce the release of the following features and enhancements in Axxess Hospice.
IDG Meeting Updates
Axxess Hospice now enables users to enter the start date and start time, as well as the end date and end time for IDG meetings, and deactivate IDG meeting schedules. These enhancements help organizations streamline operations and stay compliant with the required regulatory time frames for IDG meetings. Partner Connections
Axxess Hospice now enables users to connect with internal and external providers to electronically transmit patient referrals. Once a partner connection has been established on the Admin Dashboard, users can transfer referrals to that partner on the Referrals screen in Axxess Hospice. By providing an efficient way to transmit referrals to internal and external providers, this feature streamlines the referral process. Provider Taxonomy Codes on UB-04 Claims
Axxess Hospice now enables users to indicate when a payer requires a provider taxonomy code. When this option is selected in a payer’s settings, the attending provider’s taxonomy code will automatically populate in line 76 of the UB-04. This feature streamlines operations, helps organizations maintain accurate data on UB-04 claims and facilitates compliance with specific payer requirements.
Room and Board Custom Revenue Codes
When establishing the settings for a room and board payer in Axxess Hospice, the Revenue Code field is now customizable. This enhancement enables users to ensure room and board claims include the correct bill types to accommodate state requirements.
