Thank you for reaching out to us in the User Community. There is not one specific area where you would mark a patient as not homebound within the assessments. You could, however, select a homebound narrative from within one of the assessment sections and select "Additional Homebound Narrative" where you could free text your narrative. Please keep in mind that being homebound is a Condition for payment for Medicare and many other insurances.
