Our agency has not been able to download to submit EDI claims since Tuesday 8/16/22. All claims had to be manually entered, adding an extra day's worth of hours to our weekly billing process.

We are still waiting for an update regarding this issue. We are hoping we do not need to manually enter our claims again this week.
