With the release last night permission has now been added under People>Permissions>Load Previous Note. Please make sure this item is selected for the clinicians who will be using this feature. Please let us know if you have any further concerns.
It may be that even if this permission is selected, the user may still not have the ability to "load previous note". Our product team/engineers are currently working on the and will notify us when it has been completed.
Is there a resolution to this yet? I have staff telling they still are not able to preload?

If you have granted the "load previous note" permission, please have the user clear the cache on their device and log back into to the solution.

Having the same issues.
The permissions are not showing in either the SNV, SC, MSW etc, or the Permission tab to "load previous note"
Cleared the history with no results
We are still having the same problem. Are we getting close to the solution?
