what exactly is happening?
Our nurses in the field have not been able to use the Home Care side of Axxess for three weeks. It is virtually impossible to get a response from anyone who supposedly handles customer service. THREE WEEKS and nobody returns phone calls, or emails. I have been in business for over 20 years and never have experienced such blatant disregard for the customer.
