Good day C S. Thank you for reaching out to us in the User Community. Missed Visits are displayed in the Patient Chart with a Red Comment Note. Missed Visits can also be tracked in View > Lists > Missed Visits or from the Reports menu > Report Center > Clinical section > Missed Visit.
For your second question, in Orders to be Sent > Notes column > a user can create a note indicating the order was a Missed Visit.
Additionally, our Business Intelligence product also provides Operational, Clinical, and Financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that combines business analytics, data mining, data visualization, data tools and infrastructure, and best practices to help organizations make more data-driven decisions.
Please let us know how we can assist you further. Your partner at Axxess, Stephanie.
Thank You! This is helpful. I was aware of how to go find them, I was just hoping for an option that would alert me for times I'm not in the office_ like weekend visits ect. But very appreciative of your feedback and the fact they can add a note to orders will be helpful.
Let me ask another question, please. In Axxess when adding a new referral or even upon admission, there are three options for addresses. Primary, visiting, and mailing. Occasionally, we have patients use a temperary address for the first week or so. I put that in the visiting address, however it does not populate for the clinicians out in the field in the app for patient visit. I will navigate them to the primary address. This is a huge waste of time to send the clinian to address when the patient is not there. Also a huge frustration to the patient. What is the point of having the option for a visiting address if that is not where the clinician is navagated to through their app? Any Suggestions??? I know a work around is to list visiting address in the primary spot but it can create billing issues and E&B issues if I list visting address as their primary because then it does not match anything assoiciated with the patient. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
