Is there a way to print multiple SN visits and PT visits ?

Thank you for using the Axxess User Community!

If your agency has the Download feature enabled, anyone with admin or director of nursing roles can download the whole chart into a zip file for easy printing. This feature is free to all agencies. To access this you will go to the schedule center, then under the drop down on actions, select Download.

if this feature is not enabled, how do we enable it ?

I checked under my DON log in and she does not have access either, please advise

Start with checking user's role in People tab-Administrator and DON roles specifically. I tested this in our testing environment by having these roles selected for myself-went to patient's schedule center-clicked "Actions" below patient name and the options for Refresh, Manage Episode, and Download appear. 

Is this a feature that is available in Axxess HomeCare?  The schedule center does not have an "Actions" menu or button.
