ISSUE WITH HOME HALTH MY SCHEDULE WINDOW. SUPPORT SAYS THERES A KNOWN ISSUE OF OLD VISITS APPEARING ON THERE FROM LONG AGO YET WHEN YOU GO TO THE INDIVIDUAL PATIENT, THE SCHEDULED VISIT DOESNT APPEAR
Alex You could check to see if the visit is in an Inactive Care Period. We have had this happen before. On the Schedule Center, Click Care Period > List Care periods.
I would just check with your staff before changing any care periods from Inactive to Active.
