JUST NOTICED THAT WHEN QA OPENS ASSESSMENT AND ENTERS ALL DX'S CODES AND DOES ANY ORHTER CORRECTIONS THEN APPROVES OASIS, THE DX'S CODES DON'T SHOW ON PATIENT PROFILE.

Exactly the same issue here... tried to contact support and only adviced me on the basic workflow of DX entry, when this is nothing to do with wrong workflow. 

Its been a week and still waiting to get clarification on this topic.

Also, patient profile only shows 2 DX

SOME OF OUR PATIENT PROFILE SHOW ONLY 2 AND SOME SHOW MULTIPLE (4 OR MORE).

Same here.  It changed about a week ago where it will only show 2 DX of most of the patient profiles.  

Any answers from @axxess?

Hi Andrew,

There is no need to add or create a new OASIS just to add a diagnosis. You can reopen the last OASIS assessment to add the new/ additional diagnosis for the patient. And if in case the OASIS has already been exported and there is a need for you to add/ update the patient's diagnosis, you have to reopen the last OASIS assessment do the change, have the clinician sign it and QA approve it, then reexport with correction 01.
