Anyone else not getting any 999 response file under Claim Submission History from 4/27/2022 onwards and NOA/Final Claims are not showing up in the DDE? I know of at least 3 agencies using Axxess that are having this issue. CS said that i need to update credentials in Axxess DDE but all three do not have that service.

I bill for 2 HH agencies and both are experiencing the same issue. When I noticed that the claims were not showing in DDE, I hand keyed them into DDE to avoid any late NOA penalties. I called Axxess today and asked about this issue and was told it is being investigated. I was advised to resubmit all final claims not showing in DDE and was told an Axxess representative will call me back with an update.
I got a call from Palmetto and it looks like it is the Payer ID Axxess has on the claim. They have 11004 instead of 11001. According to Palmetto, they have at least 10 submitters that have this issue. He took my ticket number with Axxess and will call them to inform Axxess of the issue. Fingers-crossed!
Oh good. Thank you!

We have an account that does not submit claims directly from Axxess. I edited the Receiver/Payer Id from 11004 to 11001. Waiting for 999 and 277 files.
The claim file was accepted.
Thank you @Mike . We also received notice that submissions stamped 5/5/22 will transmit accordingly and files prior to 5/5 are being reviewed for accuracy. Thank you for your collaboration and partnership while we work to resolve this very urgent matter. Stephanie
Responses are now showing up in Claim submission history. Just waiting for it to show up in the DDE. Thank you!
