LOOKS LIKE AXXESS HAS DONE AN UPDATE. NOTICED THAT PATIENT CHART LOOKS DIFFERENT. NOW SOME PEOPLE IN OFFICE HAVE (SCHEDULE ACTIVITY) OPTION UNDER PATIENT'S PICTURE AND SOME OTHERS DON'T..ANY IDEAS WHY?..

We are constantly updating our platform for better user experience, Please note all the tabs and Quick reports are still available to you, the Schedule Activity is permission based and can be updated by going to Admin>List>Users> Edit> Permissions. Hope this helps.

SHE HAS ALL THE PERMISSION CHECKED OFF BUT STILL DOESN'T SHOW ON HER COMPUTER. SHE ALREADY WAS ABLE TO GET TO IT BEFORE UPDATE WAS DONE.

There is a white box at the right corner on the patient chart . If you click on it then go back scheduling will show up. Call me if you need to . I agree its aggravating. The same that the episode timing and race are grayed out .Also I have called axxess the last 3 days and have been on hold over 20 min.
