We are saving PDF documents to Axxess chart but when we try to open that document from Axxess it does not download as a pdf but just a "file" that we then have to choose adobe to open. Is there a setting to make sure all documents in axxess are always pdfs when pulled from patient documents? These files are PDFs on our hard drives and cloud storage and open as PDFs correctly.

Hi @Nicole . Thank you for reaching out to us in the User Community. I tested this scenario in my environment and was not able to duplicate as all my documents opened as a PDF. A couple suggested thoughts:
