Another issue today unfortunately, one of our PTs does not have the option to "check for errors" when signing off his PT evals and re-evals. Because of that a PT POC is not being generated either. The SN POC has already be approved and sent to MD so PT is not pulling into that POC. Any other settings or things to check to correct that?

The suggested PT task to utilize is PT assessment/evaluation. The only documents that have the check for errors option are the OASIS tasks. If a PT assess/eval is completed outside the 5 day window it will generate its own POC. Within the PT note you also have the below option. I hope this helps. Hello Krystal, I am the PT having this problem. I am choosing the option "send POC with full evaluation" but the POC is not being created. I have been using Axxess for about a year without this type of problem until last week. Is there a setting, preference, or permission that could have been changed by accident for this to happen?
Hi Daniel! Since I responded we have had some other reports of this. Please have your admin submit a ticket or please call 1-866-795-5990 so our client success team can submit a ticket for you. Our team is diligently working to identify any issues causing this and working to correct it.

Hi Krystal, I have called Axxess today and was told there is no solution to this problem at this time. Because these plans of care are required by Medicare and time sensitive, this is a huge issue for us. Is there a way to manually generate a PT plan of care as opposed to the auto-generated option? Especially on the PT re-eval/reassess when there is no OASIS SOC attached to it we have no way of sending an updated POC for MD review/signature.

We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and understand the importance of this function. Our Team is currently working expeditiously to resolve this very urgent matter and hope for it to be resolved very soon. The workaround was to mark the full POC with evaluation in the PT assessment/evaluation, but that does not appear to be working for your agency per Daniel.
If you contacted Axxess this morning then a ticket was created for your agency which you will also be able to follow.
We will update you as soon as new information is provided as we understand the urgency in needing to get these POC's to the MD to sign.

Just to clarify, I created a ticket about this issue a week ago without any feedback and then called today requesting feedback. Our PTs have always checked the option "send full eval with POC" since we started using Axxess and we did not have this issue. It is also not just happening for Daniel now, other PTs are having the same issue as of 9/15. Daniel's started a few days prior to that. They have each always check the option to send full eval with PT POC.
Krystal, has there been any movement on this issue with the PT plans of care not generating? Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes, we were informed this morning that they have isolated this issue and are working on the release of the "fix". This should be resolved very soon. I will update you as soon as I hear it has been released.

Nicole, there is a general Plan of Treatment/Care task that can be scheduled. It is older functionality and would need to be filled out, but could work as a workaround if you are needing to get this out asap. However, we do think the release will be soon.
