Is it possible to remove the red "sticky" on a task?
Where am I?

Hello @Donna Graham . Thank you for reaching out to us in the User Community. Are you referring to the Missed Visit or items returned by QA red sticky notes? Thank you, Stephanie

They are essentially QA, I guess. I believe they are typed in, though, by clinicians or clinical manager and they've been resolved.
Hi @Donna Graham . I was wondering that as well. Once a returned item from QA is approved, the red sticky will disappear; however, if it was manually typed in, then it would most likely have be entered in the "Details" of that task under the Actions column. Stephanie

Okay, so can it be removed?
Yes, if you choose to. Is this red sticky note part of any documentation needed for this task in the patient's chart? If so, you have the option to create a yellow sticky comment on the task line. Stephanie
How do I remove?
are you showing anything in the 'return reason"
Thank you @Alex for the additional content. Your example appears to be a completed Missed Visit, so the functionality of the system is to include a permanent red sticky comment to the task line. I apologize if I misunderstood your initial post. I was under the impression it was not a missed visit and the user manually entered information in this free text field on a visit task line that was not a Missed Visit. Stephanie
These are mostly OASIS-E SOCs that have been reviewed by consultants (who put their comments in the red sticky section) and I'd like to remove them once the SOC is complete. Does that make sense? So the consultants are adding them through details, not through QA. Sorry if I didn't express myself clearly
No worries @Donna Graham . I understand now. I may recommend entering their comments in a "yellow" sticky comment as these pertain to the individual task and not a reflection of a missed visit or item returned by QA. This can be completed the same through Actions column > Task Details. Stephanie
@Donna Graham SO THAT Y'ALL DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT REMOVING THE RED STICKY NOTES, WHY DONT YOU ASK YOUR VENDOR/CONSULTANT TO EMAIL THEIR OASIS REVIEW RESULTS TO YOU BY EMAIL THAT WAY YOUR CONSULTANT DOESNT CREATE A RED NOTE AND YOU THEN DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT REMOVING THE REDSTICKY NOTE.
