A visit was returned to an aide because the tasks were not completed. When the aide tried to go back in and enter the tasks, she was unable to open the "Daily Living Tasks", so she added a "comment" stating that "all tasks were completed" and sent it back. Support stated because this note was "considered complete", it cannot be fixed or changed. They were unable to find another solution. This is unacceptable. This will not go over well with case managers and surveyors.
