What is the correct way of returning a visit that needs correcting? Currently, we send visits back to the aide or nurse when reviewing their work, and then the calendar changes to "orange". However, they report not always seeing the returns. Where on the mobile app will they find the "returns" noting what needs to be corrected? We were also told to return visits to use a "yellow sticky" adding a note of what needs to be done. Is it true the system will only allow you to go back 30 days to complete, fix, or add visits?
