at times it takes time to resolve tickets
Either reach out to your account rep, or add a comment to outstanding tickets asking for an update and this will often get a response. I can email my rep and she will look into it for me. Not that they get resolved, but at least I know where things stand. Often long outstanding tickets have been placed on a list for "Enhancements" and just not marked, I find.
Which Axxess system do you use?
We use HomeCare & we used to have an Account Manager but since she had left a year and a half ago, we still have not received a new one.
An Account Manager makes ticket management much easier & really improves the lines of communication.
