Is there any way to delete the visit types that are no longer used such as the Oasis C1 and Oasis D. I can locate a way to add new types of visits but no way to delete those that are no longer used. Is there a way to customize the type of visits for the agency?

As for now, we keep some of our old visit type like Oasis-C1 and Oasis-D. Some agencies are still using it or incase if they need the old Oasis forms. You can also request enhancement ticket to remove the old visit types under Help Menu then Create Ticket. For adding custom visit type please go to >Admin menu>Custom Note Manager then click Create New Custom Note in the upper left corner. Also, for Custom Note Manager is a user permission based.

I agree, it is very cumbersome to have all these visit types out there. Also when duplicating pay on a new hire, every employee who ever worked for us is in the list, again very inefficient. THANKS
Who would use the old version of the OASIS? lol.
I requested for this enhancement a year ago. These old OASIS forms are accidently selected by our scheduler. Having these old forms creates a room for error for many agencies!
I would love to know why any agency is need of the old visit types. There is a thing called late filing.
We've been with Axxess for nearly a year and never have used anything but Oasis D1. You would think this could have been customized at company set-up (to only use current forms).
It must be a table in the software, how hard is that to delete?
