Why does an aide NOT see on the mobile app when a visit is returned to them for a correction or completion? I reviewed the aide's tablet and it did not show anything was returned to him. Is there an ALERT feature that notifies the aide there is a message for them?

Thank you for reaching out with your question. If a visit is returned to the clinician it will show back up on their task list, likely on their past due tasks. If they know they have completed a note and it shows back up on their list in the app, this would prompt them to log into the web where they then can see the return for review sticky note. At this time, our Homecare app does not show the return for review reason/sticky note. Another option would be to add a comment (yellow sticky note) under actions> details of the task and it would show up on the app in the comments section of the visit when they open it in the app.

Thank you for reaching out. There are many aides who do not have access to a computer or tablet. If the aides do not have access to these devices, they will not see the comments, sticky notes, etc.
Hi Patricia, another option for this is what I stated above. You can add the yellow stick note under the specific task by going to ACTIONS>DETAILS. Then add a yellow stick note comment such as the reason for the return. Then the comment will show up on the mobile app in the visit comments.
They would then see the comment here when they open the visit in the mobile app.

Okay, I will try this but how can the aides go back more than 30 days?

This worked, thank you. But I have another question. The daily tasks in the app is not functioning when she tries to complete.

Patricia, you are correct. The past visits will only show for 30 days. If QA is not returning these items within that time frame then the only way for them to see it would be via the web. If their phone is the only device they have they still could go onto Chrome or Firefox from their phone and log into the web version of Axxess or come into the office to complete.
