We had a double patient entry. How do we cancel one of these?

Hi @Salvador,

Happy Sunday! Thank you for your inquiry. Please follow the steps below to remove the duplicate patient:

  • Go to VIEW -> LIST -> PATIENTS
  • Change Status to ALL -> GENERATE
  • Search for the duplicate patient
  • Click on the patient entry you would like to delete
  • Delete
