Are any other agencies having issues with the scheduler in Axxess HomeCare not show who scheduled visits (Scheduler:N/A)? We were told to use Ctrl + Shift + R to do a hard refresh and that information should populate. I have performed that operation twice now, Weds & Today with no update. We have a ticket that is currently 30 days old.
