@Nicole61 this has happened to me. what ive figured is that you may have been on logged in for quite a while. what I do is on the axxess software, I just log out then back in again. then I go the help>submit a ticket and the new tab/window will open to the ticket center.
I think what happens when my software times out,then I log back in and stay on the software, the link to the ticket center becomes "stale".
