axxess, can you see if in your support web page you can ask your vendor who provides the support website if we can sort cases by status . it would be nice to see only cases that are not in 'enhancement' or 'resolved' status.

Is this referring to the ticketing center? Because that is an awesome idea! Our agency had also submitted a ticket to request enhancements to the ticketing center.

There are plenty of opportunities!
If the search bar included keywords options and not only the exact ticking numbers; if we could see the Created & Recently Updated dates and to be able to sort; if the tickets hosted an environment for fluid communication; it would also be very cool if we could categorize or star tickets for easier tracking!
