AXXESS HOME CARE App - Multiple people in our organization have not been able to complete their COVID screening due to the yes/no radio buttons not showing up - AFTER the app updated with Version 2.5.4 on 12/09/2021 - AXXESS is telling us they can't reproduce the issue. Is ANYONE else having this issue? We have deleted the app, reinstalled, restarted, etc and NOTHING is fixing our issues.

Yes we are! We haven't been able to get it fixed but i've had a couple employees tell me about it and I see that i'm unable to do mine from the app too, right after updating it. No clue as to why it's happening or what's going on. Hopefully we can get this figured out soon!
