Every time I login Axxess to document or look at a Pt chart a Pop Up comes out that says "Ensure Compliance and Security" and after I put my phone number to get the code, I never receive any codes. I've tried multiple times and waited all day but nothing comes in. I'm unable to get into my charts due to this issue. Can anyone help?
