The 'Other' category does pull onto the expiring license report as long as there are dates entered for that 'other' item you've entered under the employee. I tested it to make sure it pulled onto the report. Another thing to check is the date range in the report for the expiring items you are trying to catch. If for some reason, you have dates entered under the employee and nothing still pulls to your report, please call the Help Desk at 1-866-795-5990 so a ticket can be created with your agency's information.
