Hi all- Our hospice is new to axxess and I have questions about the psychosocial assessment- SW assessment tools for patient and caregiver. When it generates a number, what does this number mean? Is there a guide somewhere that says if a number is this low the SW should do this? It seems like I'm just checking these boxes and the number that is generated does not mean anything to me. I'm guessing that there is and I've just missed it so I appreciate any information.
