How do you send a claim to a secondary payer? I have spoken with 5 customer service reps and gotten 5 different answers over the past 3 weeks. The claims come back with a different error message. I even followed the instructions for the help center. We have a lot of patients with secondary payers which is a lot of lost revenue at this point.
