Was the discrepancy SOC date discrepancy between the SOC and certification dates? If so, the plan of care would need to be reopened or in an editable format, then depending what date needs to be corrected, you would update the patients chart by selecting “Edit Patient” to the right of the patients name, or under “View Admission Periods” then select the episode that needs to be corrected and adjust the date range.
