Under the Demographics section of the OASIS, select Edit and make changes on the Edit patient level. All responses that are greyed out must be edited this way. This is permission driven.

So I am doing QA in a ROC and M1000 is NA from SOC (community referral,) it will NOT allow me to update this. A ROC is ... PDGM calculation, how do we fix this?

Is there anything in writing how a Clinician is to Discharge a Patient in AXXESS?

Can someone please explain the ROC process when I have transferred my patient to the hospital and now they are coming ... discharge them and then do a new admit?

Is there a reason that VS parameters are not populating for two specific clinicians routinely? Every SOC that they turn ... that may point to the problem.
