I have claims in T status stating to remove the UTN. The black screen option in Axxess will not allow me to remove it then resubmit. I've tried removing it in Axxess DDE and resubmitting and it's populating the field with 0's instead of leaving it blank which is also RTP'ing. Support is no help after multiple emails. Does anyone have any suggestions?
