Hospice
I was able to add a physician to the physician list, but I am unable to make him the medical director/hospice physician for IDT team. I added him as a user, he received the invite email. He then proceeded to create a user log in. When prompted to login, it said his information was incorrect. He's not on my pending invite list or user list. I called customer service and after an hour of trying to figure it out, I was told a ticket would be created and sent to the engineering department. I'm very new to Axxess; I feel like I'm missing something. I've watched to training videos, but I either missed this or they address this particular issue..? Any help is greatly appreciated.
